We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that we do not accept returns on any beauty or cosmetic products, whether they are opened or unopened, due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, items must be damaged, defective, or incorrect. For any such issues, please contact us within 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, along with proof of the damage or defect.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
We are not responsible for orders that are marked as delivered by the courier but are not received by the customer. Please contact the courier directly for more information or assistance regarding the delivery.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, contact us at info@timbersonic.com. Please note that returns need to be approved first, and we will provide further instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and take appropriate action.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on beauty or cosmetic products, including lip liners, lip stains, and similar products, whether they are opened or unopened.
Exchanges
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us to arrange an exchange.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, and without justification. However, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return for damaged or defective items and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund.
